    Job Description

    We’re seeking a hands-on SAP Technical Team Lead to oversee strategic initiatives and lead a team of eight professionals. This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the successful delivery of SAP projects and lifecycle management across on-prem and cloud environments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead and mentor a team of SAP technical specialists, including performance reviews, one-on-ones, and career development.

     

    Manage SAP systems and infrastructure: 61 servers annually, 10 on-prem SAP systems, and multiple cloud environments.

     

    Oversee project lifecycle activities, including scheduling, task planning, and coordinating outages with functional teams.

     

    Drive strategic direction for SAP programs in collaboration with directors and stakeholders.

     

    Maintain and enhance SAP security and basis administration standards.

     

    Foster vendor relationships and ensure compliance with company policies.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    5+ years of hands-on SAP experience (basis administration and SAP security required).

     

    Strong technical background with experience in SAP architecture, integrations, and system management.

     

    Prior leadership, mentorship, or senior-level experience (formal management experience preferred but not required).

    Project management skills

    Excellent communication skills for engaging with directors and cross-functional teams. PMP certification
