We are looking for an **Field Service Technician** to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined and eager to learn a skilled trade. **No water industry experience is required—we will train you.**

What You’ll Do

+ Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment

+ Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues (training provided)

+ Work alongside experienced technicians to build hands-on skills

+ Follow safety standards and company procedures

+ Communicate effectively with customers and team members

What We’re Looking For

+ **Basic mechanical aptitude** (comfortable using tools and learning how systems work)

+ Willingness to learn and grow in the role

+ Strong work ethic and reliability

+ Ability to travel within the **regional** area as needed

+ Good communication and problem-solving skills
