    Job Description

    An employer is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their team out of NYC. He/she will design and maintain Azure-based infrastructure using Terraform and manage Linux systems for reliability and performance. The DevOps Engineer will build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps tools to streamline deployments and automate operational tasks with scripting to reduce manual work and improve efficiency. He/she will implement proactive monitoring and alerting solutions for cloud and on-prem environments and collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance system scalability, security, and disaster recovery readiness. This role will support hybrid infrastructure and drive continuous improvement in reliability engineering practices.

     

    Compensation for this role is 65-90/hr per hour. Compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -3-5+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE Role working with Microsoft Azure Services (VMs, Networking, Storage)

     

    -Linux admin skills

     

    -Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

     

    -Scripting experience with Python

     

    -Monitoring expertise using tools such as Dynatrace or Datadog -Containerization with Dockers/Kubernetes
