    Job Description

    Our client is seeking a skilled PC Refresh Technician to support a large-scale hardware refresh initiative within their healthcare system. The technician will be responsible for refreshing approximately 20 HP desktop and laptop devices per week over a multi-month period. This role requires hands-on, in-person support and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Execute PC refresh activities, including imaging, configuration, and deployment of HP desktops and laptops.

     

    Migrate user data and ensure proper functionality of refreshed devices.

     

    Provide white-glove end-user support during the refresh process to minimize disruption.

     

    Coordinate with hospital staff to schedule refreshes and maintain workflow continuity.

     

    Maintain accurate documentation of completed refreshes and update asset management systems.

     

    Troubleshoot hardware and software issues as needed.

     

    Adhere to organizational security and compliance standards throughout the refresh process.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Minimum 1 year of experience providing white-glove end-user support services.

     

    Hands-on experience supporting Windows operating systems on desktops and laptops.

     

    Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

     

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

     

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

     

    Ability to provide in-person, hands-on technical support. Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.

     

    Previous experience in the healthcare industry.
