    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner to run our new wellness clinic in beautiful Vero Beach, FL. This autonomous role operates under the supervision of a licensed physician and is ideal for a provider who thrives in a patient-centered, wellness-focused environment. The role will be 70% running the wellness clinic (will offer treatment specific trainings) and 30% consulting patients seeking reconstructive, wound care, weight loss, plastic surgeries working alongside the physician.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage patient care within the scope of hormone therapy, including consultations, assessments, and treatment planning

    • Administer and oversee therapies including GLP-1 agonists, Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), IV therapy, and peptide therapy

    • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as needed

    • Educate patients on treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and wellness strategies

    • Collaborate with the supervising physician and clinic staff to ensure high-quality care

     

    Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - PA-C or NP, active license in the state of Florida

     

    - 2+ years of professional experience operating as a Physician Assistant

     

    - Understanding or high interest in learning the management of HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy)

     

    - Prior experience in functional medicine, wellness clinics or reconstructive, plastics, dermatology, surgery related fields

     

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Understanding and management of HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy)

     

    -Understanding of the following: HRT, GLP-1s, IV therapy, or peptide therapy
