Job Summary Details:
The Warehouse Forklift Driver is responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products within the warehouse

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Forklift certification preferred; on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications:
• One (1) year of similar work experience preferred
Responsibilities:
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to transport materials.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers safely.
• Move inventory to designated storage areas and maintain organization.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, and cycle counting.
• Use computer, reads work order, or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved
• Load materials and/or buggies into trailers and/or trucks
• Install strapping or chains to prevent shifting or damage while in transit
• Print necessary labels and manifests
• Perform janitorial duties such as emptying trash cans, cleaning restrooms, and scrubbing floors
