    Role Summary

    As a **Senior Technician (T3) – Test Engineering** , you’ll support a global Avionics Test Engineering organization responsible for manufacturing test solutions that power a multi-billion-dollar avionics portfolio. Your work will directly enable production, quality, and on-time delivery of cutting-edge sensor products for airlines and armed services worldwide.

    What You’ll Do Day to Day

    + Build test hardware and solutions (cables, boxes, racks, fixtures) per engineering drawings

    + Partner with engineers to create, review, and update test system designs and documentation

    + Maintain and revise drawings, schematics, BOMs, classifications, and markups

    + Troubleshoot production issues and perform timely repairs on test solutions

    + Communicate clearly and collaborate with engineers, operators, and fellow technicians

    + Support test solutions across multiple lifecycle stages in a fast-paced production setting

    Required Qualifications

    + **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.**

    + High school diploma or GED

    + 3–4+ years of relevant hands-on experience

    + Proven experience building complex cable assemblies, test boxes, racks, or test systems

    + Ability to read and interpret engineering schematics, drawings, and wire lists

    + Experience with soldering, crimping, tooling, and adherence to workmanship standards

    + Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Technical degree (a plus)

    + Knowledge of Minnesota State Electrical Codes and statutes

    + Demonstrated mentorship or team leadership experience
