What you'll do...

+ Lead the design and implementation of automation for drayage operations

+ Partner with technology, transportation, and procurement teams to deliver solutions

+ Identify and scale process improvements across multiple markets

+ Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement

+ Champion a customer-first approach to enhance visibility and reduce delays

What You’ll Bring

+ Proven experience in drayage, import logistics, and operational automation

+ Strong background in leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with tech teams

+ Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and multiple priorities

+ Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related field

+ Expertise in developing and deploying automation or logistics solutions

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related

area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.

2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
