    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the Senior Director of Field Operations at Cornerstone’s Home Base office in Houston, TX. This role is for someone who is proactive, organized, and able to keep pace with a fast-moving environment. You will serve as a trusted right hand – managing logistics, tracking priorities, keeping projects on schedule, and anticipating needs before they hit the radar. The ideal candidate learns quickly by observing, takes initiative without being asked twice, and brings strong follow-through to every task.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    + Executive Support

    + Manage and prioritize the Senior Director’s calendar

    + Coordinate internal and external meetings and logistics

    + Handle daily administrative needs with professionalism and confidentiality

    + Keep communication and priorities organized so nothing slips through the cracks

    + Project Coordination

    + Track deadlines, action items, and ongoing initiatives

    + Take ownership of recurring workflows to reduce administrative burden

    + Prepare materials for presentations, team meetings, and planning sessions

    + Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to keep projects moving

    + Operations & Coordination

    + Assist with hiring workflows, onboarding tasks, and team support

    + Maintain organized digital systems (files, trackers, workflows, checklists)

    + Run occasional errands or complete small in-office tasks (mail, printing, supplies)

    Qualifications and Skills

    + Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or Project Coordinator

    + Strong attention to detail and natural follow-through

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)

    + Able to absorb context quickly and work with minimal supervision

    + Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and fast-moving days

    + Discreet, dependable, and trustworthy with sensitive information

    + High school diploma required; college degree preferred
