    FMSW is an **unopposed, community-based Family Medicine residency program** affiliated with the **University of Washington School of Medicine** and sponsored by **PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center** in Vancouver, WA (Portland metro area).

    Requirements

    + M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent degree

    + Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited U.S. Family Medicine Residency or RCPSC-accredited Canadian Family Medicine Residency

    + Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Washington (or ability to obtain in Oregon)

    + Certification in BLS, ACLS, or PALS within 30 days of hire
