**Pay Rate:** $16.00 per hour

**Shift** : Flexible (morning)

Job Description:

Kelly Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Bindery/Lettershop Operator** to join our team in Highland Park, MI. This long-term temporary role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment and develop hands-on experience with bindery and lettershop operations.

Responsibilities:

+ Operate and maintain bindery and lettershop equipment (folders, cutters, inserters, stitchers, etc.)

+ Review job tickets to ensure work is completed accurately and on time

+ Perform quality checks to verify finished products meet client specifications

+ Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate as needed

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards

+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency

Qualifications:

+ Previous bindery and/or lettershop experience required

+ Ability to work in a production/warehouse environment with strong attention to detail

+ Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment

+ Good communication and teamwork skills

+ Flexibility to work assigned schedules and overtime as needed
