Ford is seeking an exceptional **Technical Project Manager** to lead the System Integration portfolio for our groundbreaking Material Management Platform (MMP). This multi-year modernization initiative represents a greenfield SAP ERP implementation in the cloud, poised to revolutionize Ford's Material Requirement Planning and Inventory Management capabilities globally. As the MMP Integration Lead, you will spearhead the full lifecycle management of a critical interface portfolio, from initial scoping through to hypercare, ensuring a successful and impactful launch across our manufacturing plants worldwide. This pivotal role is central to a larger Industrial Systems IT Transformation effort, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of Ford's operational efficiency.
What you'll do...
This position is responsible to manage the full life cycle of all system integrations between MMP and upstream/downstream interfacing systems both inside and outside of Ford.
+ Manage the deliverables such as scope, functional spec, technical spec, testing plan and support plan.
+ Work with cross-functional Ford service teams, external Systems Integrator, manufacturing business subject matter experts, and Ford IT teams from a portfolio of integrating systems, including external trading partners and government agencies.
+ Identify, track and solution the issues, risks and blockers in a timely manner.
+ Support regular status reports on Integration to the MMP Governance Board including IT and Business leadership
+ Actively engage and seek support from Ford internal teams, such as PMO, Basis, Cyber Security and external partners such as SAP and Suppliers to ensure the successful launch of system integration.

+ Bachelors' degree required.
+ Minimum three years of direct Project Management experience
+ Strong technical background on complex system integration
+ Strong communication skills and can-do attitude
