This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. Our Nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow to keeping adult bodies strong and active. What You’ll Work On:

+ **Be a Key Team Member:** Work alongside Operations to minimize downtime and keep production on schedule.

+ **Troubleshoot & Repair:** Diagnose complex equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and repair high-speed filling, packaging, and conveying systems.

+ **Preventive & Predictive Maintenance:** Execute PMs, support autonomous maintenance, and plan major repairs during scheduled shutdowns.

+ **Fabricate & Upgrade:** Design, weld, and install mechanical and electronic components; perform PLC program changes and maintain AC drive systems.

+ **Collaborate & Improve:** Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing to implement design changes and continuous improvement initiatives.

+ **Train & Mentor:** Share your expertise with peers and provide technical guidance to improve team capabilities.

+ **Ensure Compliance:** Follow GMP, FDA, USDA, OSHA, and company safety standards in all tasks.

Required Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.

+ 2+ years of multi-craft maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Strong skills in mechanical, electrical, PLC troubleshooting, and fabrication.

+ Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and use precision tools.

+ Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Position Details

+ **Shift: 12-hour Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)**

+ **Schedule: Enjoy every other weekend off with a consistent 4-week rotation:**

Sample Rotation:

+ **Week 1: Wed & Thurs (12 hrs)**

+ **Week 2: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun (12 hrs)**

+ **Week 3: Same as Week 1**

+ **Week 4: Same as Week 2**

The base pay for this position is $20.60 – $41.20 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
