What You Will Do

+ Lead office operations and support clinical teams to deliver outstanding patient care

+ Hire, develop, and retain high-performing staff

+ Consult with patients on treatment options and manage financial processes

+ Analyze business results, manage P&L, and implement strategies to drive growth

+ Prepare and lead daily huddles to optimize patient experience and team performance

Work Experience

Preferred Qualifications

+ Previous experience managing a team (retail, hospitality, or service industry experience welcome)

+ Strong communication and leadership skills

+ Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data

+ High school diploma required; college degree preferred
