Koniag Tech Infrastructure Solutions, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an Acquisition Functional SME to support KTIS and our government customer. This is a remote position.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, document, and prioritize business requirements for requirements planning, vendor engagement, and proposal submission workflows

+ Analyze current acquisition processes and map them to desired future state functionality

+ Define and document functional use cases

+ Support the development of automated workflows for document creation, review, approval, and routing

+ Participate in Agile sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews

+ Provide continuous feedback on system performance and recommend improvements

+ Support integration requirements

+ Assist in development of standardized templates and automated document placement logic

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in federal acquisition processes (cradle to grave)

+ 3+ years of experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering

+ Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations

+ Experience with Agile methodologies and user story development

+ Proficiency in process modeling and workflow design

+ Experience with vendor management and proposal evaluation processes

+ Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Master's degree in relevant field

+ Experience with cloud-based procurement systems

+ Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint environments
