Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $13 - $16 / hour*_

What you'll be doing as a Restaurant Manager:

+ Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations

+ Supervise, coach, and schedule team members

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

+ Provide strong customer service and set clear service expectations for the team

+ Handle inventory, ordering, and basic supply management

+ Manage opening and closing procedures and cash handling

+ Support hiring and training of new staff

+ Assist with guest questions and resolve issues professionally and promptly

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening), Weekends

Job requirements:

+ Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred

+ Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to multitask and remain steady in a busy environment

+ Comfortable standing for long periods and performing light physical tasks

+ Reliable, professional, and able to work with limited supervision
