Additional Information About the Role
Christian Hospital and the Case Management Dept. are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to be responsible for a wide array of administrative and operational support functions.
Some of the responsibilities are:
+ **General Administration:** Managing administrative duties, handling phone calls, ordering supplies, and general office support.
+ **Scheduling & Coordination:** Coordinating and scheduling meetings with various providers and acting as a scribe for the Director during meetings.
+ **Human Resources Support:** Assisting with new staff setup, new hire on-boarding processes, and equipment management.
This is a Part-Time, on site position. Monday-Friday with flexible work hours between 7:30a-5p.

_Northwest HealthCare_ , six miles west of Christian, offers 24- hour emergency care, the Sleep Disorders Center and a variety of outpatient diagnostic and imaging services.
The Case Management Department provides services through a collaborative process that assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates options and services to meet an individual's needs. The Case Management Department is responsible for all acute care inpatients where needs have been identified or who have requested assistance, emergency department patients where needs have been identified, and community individuals who request assistance.

Role Purpose
Provides administrative support to the department(s) as assigned. Additionally, the role coordinates special/specific projects and programs as per department management.
Responsibilities
+ Types and distributes memos, correspondence and reports and composes documents as needed.
+ Coordinates and administers all office supplies and materials.
+ Schedules meetings and appointments, routes correspondence.
+ Provides support to office assistants as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Education
+ High School Diploma or GED
Experience
+ 2-5 years
Supervisor Experience
+ No Experience
