    What you’ll do

    + Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and harness assemblies (including swaging, crimping, wire stripping, soldering, connector installation, potting, and bonding)

    + Prepare wires and connectors through abrading, etching, priming, and pre-coating

    + Set temperature controls for curing programs on autoclaves and ovens

    + Handle chemicals and mix materials for bonding and potting operations

    What you need

    + High school diploma or equivalent _(required)_

    + 0–2 years of related experience _(required)_

    + Ability to read work orders, schematics, and wiring diagrams _(required)_

    + Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work with small components using a microscope _(required)_

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs _(required)_

    + Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) _(required)_

    + Experience in potting and bonding _(advantage)_

    + Familiarity with wire strippers and crimpers _(advantage)_

    Salary Range:

    $32,300.00-$43,100.000

    The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
