**We're Hiring:** Full-Time Medical Director. This role will be a hybrid role working remotely with roughly 25% in the local hospitals.

Qualifications for this role include:

+ **Las Vegas resident**

+ **Must be licensed in NV**

+ **Hospital priveliges in the Las Vegas area**

+ **MD or DO without restrictions**

+ **Hospitalist experience**

**Position Purpose:** This Medical Director will assist with hospital discharge planning and correct hospital acuity documentation. It will work with our hospitalist groups, nurse case managers, and the hospital case managers.

+ Primary liaison with all hospitalist groups

+ Review daily census and determine opportunities for conversion to more appropriate admission status and/or transition to lower care

+ Analyze hospitalist group metrics and assist with improving efficiencies

+ Work closely with the Population Health team to determine appropriate level of care and ensure optimal discharge planning

**Education/Experience:** Graduate of an accredited medical school, plus board certification by the ABMS. 5+ years of experience in Medicine and as a Hospitalist. Experience functioning as a lead.

**License/Certification:** Current state medical license without restrictions.

Pay Range: $210,800.00 - $400,500.00 per year
