    Forklift Operator (Clamp Experience Required)

    **Location:** Defiance, OH

    **Pay:** $18.00/hour

    **Job Type:** Full-time

    Shifts Available

    + **1st Shift:** Sunday–Wednesday, **6:00 AM–4:00 PM**

    + **1st Shift:** Wednesday–Saturday, **6:00 AM–4:00 PM**

    + **2nd Shift:** Monday–Friday, **4:00 PM–12:00 AM**

     

    About the Role

     

    We are hiring experienced **Forklift Operators** to support a high-volume distribution facility in Defiance, OH. This position involves handling rolls of insulation using forklifts equipped with clamp attachments. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and experienced in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate sit-down forklifts with clamp attachments

    + Safely handle rolls of insulation

    + Load/unload trailers (manual roll loading may be required)

    + Use RF scanners for inventory movement

    + Follow all warehouse and safety procedures

    + Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

    Requirements

    + **Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience (Required)**

    + **Clamp attachment experience (Required)**

    + RF scanner experience preferred

    + Experience with forklifts using a **4th lever** strongly preferred

    + Must be able to lift, load, and maneuver insulation rolls when necessary

    + Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
