Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Materials Analyst to join their team. As a Materials Analyst, you will be part of the Materials Planning Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Materials Analyst

**Location:** Clearwater, FL

**Pay Range:** $30.77 - $33.13/hr

What's the Job?

+ Manage and resolve material-related issues to ensure smooth supply chain operations

+ Ensure timely and accurate material ordering to meet production schedules

+ Lead and participate in line of balance meetings with procurement and production teams

+ Provide detailed data analysis and reporting to support planning activities

+ Escalate shortages and potential supply disruptions proactively to minimize impact

What's Needed?

+ 3+ years of experience in planning within a manufacturing environment

+ Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems, especially SAP

+ Experience with manufacturing planning and inventory management

+ Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, and Power BI

+ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
