Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is partnered with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer to hire a **Process Operator** for a high-impact role supporting micronize & milling, and production operations in a cGMP-regulated environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone dependable, hands-on, and eager to grow in the pharmaceutical industry.
**Location** : Malvern, PA
**Pay** : $23-$25/hr.(based on experience)
**Schedule** : Mon–Thurs | 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM
_Training: Starts on 1st shift_
**PPE:** Steel-toe shoes required; full air suit provided
Position Summary
The Process Operator will micronize and mill client-provided pharmaceutical materials (APIs and excipients) following strict cGMP, safety, and SOP requirements. You will set up and operate production equipment, document batch processes, ensure quality compliance, and maintain a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Equipment Operation
• Perform entry-level micronization/milling of hazardous & non-hazardous pharmaceutical materials.
• Set up, operate, and monitor equipment according to SOPs and cGMPs.
• Complete batch records following GDP (Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, Accurate).
• Identify and report deviations, non-routine events, or GMP issues.
• Clean production areas and equipment thoroughly.
Documentation & Compliance
• Ensure accurate production recording and proper documentation.
• Maintain adherence to all quality and safety standards.
• Participate in shift meetings, communication exchanges, and team initiatives.
Teamwork & Continuous Improvement
• Suggest improvements, ask clarifying questions, and support new processes.
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Requirements
Education
• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Experience
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience in a regulated environment preferred
• Able to work OT on weekdays/weekends as needed
• GMP knowledge is a plus
Must-Haves
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs
• Ability to wear a full air suit / respirator hood
• Must pass required respiratory medical exam
• Basic math skills (weights, measurements, documentation)
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow procedures precisely
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
• Standing/walking up to 8 hours
• Climbing, bending, crouching, and reaching
• Working from elevated platforms
• Loud environment – hearing protection required
• Working safely with hazardous chemicals, HPAPIs, and novel compounds

**Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
