Pay Rate ::$85/HR.
Working hours 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday to Friday.
Job Description
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be a key individual contributor responsible for driving mid-size to large-scale marketing projects from start to finish. You will ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns, programs, and initiatives by managing the full lifecycle—from budget reconciliation to social media promotion. Your role is critical in building client brand recognition through strategic planning and execution, while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality campaigns that maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive internal and external promotion plans to maximize awareness and lead generation before, during, and after each project, leveraging digital tools and collaborating with growth, content, and design teams.
Analyze data to uncover new marketing opportunities and audience insights, driving actionable strategies.
Implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, overseeing content positioning and marketing programs across social, on-network, and off-network media channels.
Collaborate with senior marketing leadership to define project strategies, spearhead initiatives, and identify sponsorship opportunities, while creating innovative virtual and physical experiences.
Manage relationships with media agencies, prioritizing workflows and elevating day-to-day operations.
Ensure content and campaigns reflect brand voice and quality standards across media and social platforms.
Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader, aligning advertising standards and strategic priorities globally.
Track and report campaign/project ROI using CRM or project management systems, analyzing metrics such as pipeline, revenue, MQLs, and cost per lead.
Act as the primary client contact for large-scale media planning, partnering with global media teams to scale strategies.
Drive creative social media content development, social selling programs, employee and leadership activation, and measurement strategies.
Maintain external relationships with venues, suppliers, and agencies for event planning, contract negotiation, AV setup, gifting, and speaker coordination.
Develop and implement marketing communications strategies to amplify media and public engagement.
**Required Skills & Qualifications** :
Proficiency in media placement, social media, influencer marketing, and event management.
Strong adaptability, creativity, and communication skills.
Expertise in SEO, deal negotiation, and understanding consumer behavior.
Demonstrated ability in growth marketing and 10x thinking.
Team management and project management skills.
Stakeholder engagement and data analysis/synthesis capabilities.
Preferred Experience:
Experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns and partnerships.
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools.
Ability to work cross-functionally and lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

**Pay Details:** $85.00 per hour
