    Responsibilities for a Medical Coding Trainer include but are not limited to:

    + Deliver medical coding training sessions for CPC, CIC, or COC curriculum; support learning initiatives for new coders.

    + Review, audit, and evaluate coding accuracy while providing feedback and coaching to trainees.

    + Utilize Microsoft Office and internal systems to track performance, prepare training materials, and document coding assessments.

    + Collaborate with leadership to ensure training quality, curriculum adherence, and successful onboarding of new coders.

    Candidates for the Medical Coding Trainer role must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + Certified Medical Coder with CPC, CIC, or COC credentials (CPC and CIC strongly preferred).

    + Minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient or inpatient coding, auditing, or training.

    + Fully bilingual (Spanish & English).

    + Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.

    + Preferred: Healthcare-related educational background and at least 1 year of clinical-setting experience.

    + Ability to work 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, between 8am–6pm AST, with occasional overtime as needed.

    + Must be able to work onsite.

    **Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
