Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Assembler jobs in Aurora, IL. As an Assembler you will be using tools to create, finish, and calibrate products. These Assembler jobs are temp-to-hire-opportunities!
TITLE: Assembler
SHIFT: M-F, 2PM-10PM with overtime as needed
PAY: $ 18.50/hr
Responsibilities for Material Handler jobs include but are not limited to:
- Execute standard work with support from others on complex tasks.
- Operate and inspect value stream workstation output.
- Operate and inspect all tools and equipment necessary to execute standard work.
- Test and calibrate simple assemblies according to specifications.
- Execute standard work with an acceptable degree of quality and limited quality discrepancies, showing a trend of improvement.
- Execute standard work efficiently on simple tasks with support from others on complex tasks
- Identify problems in the execution of standard work and request help from others on resolution
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and depth perception.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Assembler jobs:
- 6 months of assembly experience.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Basic math skills and ability to use basic measurement equipment (ruler, scale, calipers, tape measure).
- Understanding and use of Metric System
- Blueprint usage and understanding

**Pay Details:** $18.50 per hour
