    We’re looking for a compassionate, proactive Team Leader to guide our team in providing exceptional senior relocation, downsizing, and online auction services. If you’re passionate about leadership and making a meaningful impact by helping families navigate the stress of moving and clearing out a home, this is the role for you!

    What You’ll Do:

    + Lead and inspire your team, ensuring excellent customer service, attention to detail, and safety while helping clients with their relocation and downsizing needs.

    + Mentor and train team members, fostering growth in a supportive and positive work environment.

    + Oversee day-to-day operations at job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and with care.

    + Work alongside your team to manage the packing, moving, and clearing out of homes, helping clients navigate the often emotional process.

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and handling any issues that arise.

    + Support online auction processes, including organizing, photographing, and listing items for auction while ensuring the home is properly cleared.

    + Prioritize safety, ensuring job sites are safe and follow all procedures.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + High School diploma and at least one year of supervisory experience.

    + Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

    + Compassionate and customer-focused with a dedication to making the transition process easier for seniors and their families.

    + Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    + Physical stamina for active tasks, including lifting, moving, and organizing.

    + Experience with senior relocation or similar services is a plus.
