Job Summary and Responsibilities

Responsible for the coordination of daily clinical operations. Responsible for regulatory compliance and maintains a safe work environment which matches appropriate resources to appropriate patient care tasks. Responsible for maintaining patient focused care as measured by patient satisfaction survey. Responsible for assuring all clinical personnel is working within their scope of practice.

+ Demonstrates a high level of clinical competence in providing leadership in coordination of care.

+ Directs a team to assist with procedures monitors patients and provides appropriate follow-up care.

+ Coordinates the care of patients through appropriate triage. Coordinates open access, test verification and follow-up systems, referrals and appropriate documentation.

+ Collaborates with staff, families, residents and physicians regarding patient's needs and actively participates in process improvement. Develops and monitors patient education materials.

+ Assists Medical Director and Manager to improve clinical efficiencies by enhances customer service and implementing employee retention strategies.

+ Provides comprehensive, safe and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient.

Job Requirements

MINIMUM

Associate's Degree

Completion of an RN Program

Three years nursing experience

AZ RN license

American Heart Association BCLS certification

PREFERRED

BSN

Experience in assigned area

Office or clinic experience

Previous management or supervisory experience

Bilingual skills

Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) employs approximately 400 providers and 1200 support staff that cover a wide variety of specialties. The medical group has had tremendous success over the past few years and now provides more than 73 subspecialty services. Pay Range

$37.40 - $55.63 /hour
