    Job Title: Project Manager

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the integration and execution of complex projects from initiation through closeout. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with contractual, safety, and quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Develop and implement project execution plans.

    + Lead project closure activities, including closeout reports and lessons learned.

    + Draft and manage project contracts.

    + Oversee scope changes and obtain formal acceptance of deliverables.

    + Prepare RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and manage vendor relationships.

    + Monitor supplier performance and execute timely change management.

    + Develop CAPEX estimates and manage cost forecasts.

    + Create project schedules and resource plans.

    + Implement quality plans and audits.

    + Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.

    + Prepare reports, presentations, and lead project kick-off meetings.

    + Ensure compliance with HSE standards and perform safety analyses.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Waterfall).

    + Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.

    + Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Primavera.

    + Excellent leadership and team management skills.

    + Strong communication and negotiation skills.

    + Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.

    + PMP or CAPM certification preferred.

    + 5+ years in project management, preferably in multidisciplinary projects.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Expertise in PMI standards, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.

    + Ability to create and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones using tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, and SAP.

    + Develop CAPEX estimates, manage cost forecasts, and maintain financial discipline.

    + Identify, assess, and mitigate risks (business, technical, and contractual).

    + Understand legal terms, manage scope changes, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

    + Prepare RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and manage vendor performance.

    + Implement quality plans, audits, and corrective actions.

    + Knowledge of STA/JHA processes and compliance standards.

    Work Environment

     

    This position is based in a manufacturing production setting with a day shift schedule. Overtime is available after working 8 hours in a day, and holidays are paid.

    This is a Contract position based out of Richland, WA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $42.00/hr.
