    _Site Maintenance Manager_

     

    Job Description (Direct Hire Position)

     

    As a Site Maintenance Manager, you will provide leadership and mentorship to site-based Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers within the North American Fulfillment Network. Your role involves developing business plans for the Maintenance Department and implementing strategies to enhance facility uptime. You will drive maintenance best practices, ensure a safe work environment, and improve work methods to enhance customer experience.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead and mentor site-based Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers.

    + Develop and implement business and reliability plans to enhance facility uptime.

    + Drive maintenance best practices and standardize work methods.

    + Provide guidance on equipment end-of-life issues using analytical techniques.

    + Oversee budget development, execution, and capital planning.

    + Manage vendor support and equipment relationships to maximize economies of scale.

    + Monitor and enforce maintenance execution and safe work practices.

    + Develop and manage budget and contract documents, including RFPs and purchase orders.

    + Recruit, interview, and hire top talent for Maintenance Manager roles.

    Essential Skills

    + 7+ years of maintenance leadership experience managing over 75 people.

    + Experience with automated equipment maintenance: conveyance, MHE, robotics.

    + Strong leadership and communication skills.

    + Bachelor's Degree required.

    + Experience in leading change and maintenance teams across multiple sites.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Strong communication, teambuilding, and influencing skills.

    + Proficient in data analysis and process improvement.

    + Experience with material handling equipment and complex systems maintenance.

    + Knowledge of Lean Concepts, TOC, and safety/ergonomic factors.

    + Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project, and SQL.

    + MBA or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is a plus.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
