    1st shift

     

    No prior experience needed. Experience in a fast-paced environment (food & bev, hospitality, retail) is preferred.

     

    Pay: $19-$21/hour for entry level (non-entry level up to $25/hour)

    Job Description

    As a Production Associate, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process by mixing pigments with solvents and water in the Mixing Department, filling paint gallons, labeling products, and performing visual quality inspections in the Filling Department. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining mixing equipment, scales, and other tools, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Additionally, you will follow SAP and internal systems for production tracking, maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to 5S principles, and report any deviations or improvement opportunities.

    Responsibilities

    + Mix pigments with solvents and water.

    + **_Some heavy lifting._**

    + Fill paint gallons, label products, and conduct visual quality inspections.

    + Operate and maintain mixing equipment, scales, and other tools.

    + Follow SAP and internal systems for production tracking.

    + Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S principles.

    + Report any deviations or opportunities for improvement.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is climate-controlled and maintains a calm and clean atmosphere. Music plays on the production floor, enhancing the work experience. The schedule includes openings in the Mixing Department from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM and the Filling Department from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime available but no weekends required.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Charleston, SC.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $43680.00/yr.
