    Direct Hire Industrial Maintenance Technician

    **Location:** Conneaut, OH

    **Shift:** 2nd (2pm-10pm) OR 3rd Shift (10:45pm-7am)

    **Pay:** Up to $32/hr

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to be the go-to expert on the 2nd or 3rd shift. This role requires a strong leader with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues up to 480V 3 phase. You will play a key role in tracking mechanical performance, implementing solutions, and conducting preventive maintenance.

    Responsibilities

    + Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

    + Address electrical issues up to 480V 3 phase.

    + Track and report on mechanical performance.

    + Work effectively from written and verbal communications.

    + Implement solutions and perform preventive maintenance.

    + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

    + Respond to machine breakdowns promptly during shifts.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

    + Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting (480V).

    + Skilled in hydraulic and pneumatic repairs.

    + Experience with reactive machine breakdowns.

    + Leadership potential or experience in maintenance supervision.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in VFD repair, welding, and machining.

    + Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.

    + Knowledge of motor replacement and testing.

    + Basic computer skills.

    Work Environment

     

    The role is based in an older industrial facility with open shifts from 2 PM to 10 PM OR 10:45 PM to 7 AM, Sunday night through Friday morning

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
