    Maintenance Technician – Industrial Equipment

    **Location:** Eden Prairie

    **Schedule:** Full-Time | 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift.

    **Compensation:** Competitive hourly rate + overtime + full benefits - Will pay up to $45/hr.

     

    About the Role

     

    We are hiring Maintenance Technicians to keep our food manufacturing equipment running at peak performance. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Diagnose and repair mixers, ovens, conveyors, packaging lines, and automated systems

    + Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime

    + Troubleshoot 3-phase motors, PLCs, HVAC, and control systems

    + Support equipment installations and upgrades

    + Maintain accurate logs and inventory

    + Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, and food safety standards

    Qualifications

    + 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (food manufacturing preferred)

    + Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills

    + Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot PLCs

    + Welding, fabrication, and HVAC experience a plus

    This is a Permanent position based out of Rosemount, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $95000.00/yr.

     

    - Monthly bonus between 10% - 21% of employees total income for the month based on plant performance.
