    Job Title: Medical Device Assembler - 1st Shift

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Medical Device Assembler where you will play a crucial role in assembling and testing medical devices using various tools, fixtures, and equipment. This position offers a 12-18 month contract with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.

    + Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.

    + Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to the Project Engineer or Supervisor.

    + Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Microscope experience.

    + Small part assembly skills.

    + Strong communication skills.

    + Experience working with hand tools and measuring tools.

    + Familiarity with cleanroom procedures.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + At least 6 months of high volume small part assembly experience with a microscope.

    + Ability to work with a microscope for 90% of the shift.

    + Ability to work with small parts, including inspecting various raw materials and catheters.

    + High School Diploma or equivalent.

    + Medical device experience and cleanroom experience are preferred.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is in a cleanroom where you will be working in close stations. This manufacturing setting requires adherence to cleanroom protocols and offers a structured and collaborative atmosphere.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.00/hr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
