    Job Title: Material Coordinator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a motivated and hardworking material coordinator to join our construction team. This role involves various tasks on-site to support construction projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and safely.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist with loading and unloading materials.

    + Operate basic tools and equipment safely.

    + Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople.

    + Perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying materials.

    + Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.

    + Conduct cycle counting and inventory management.

    + Pull inventory for assembly.

    + Utilize ERP systems effectively.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools.

    + Leadership/construction or Warehouse

    + Ability to haul materials and attention to detail.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Prior work in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics coordination.

    + Proficiency with inventory management systems (ERP software), Microsoft Excel, and basic data entry.

    + Understanding of supply chain processes, shipping/receiving procedures, and safety regulations.

    + Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.

    Work Environment

     

    Work Monday to Thursday on the 2nd shift from 4:00 pm to 2:30 am with available overtime. Training on the first shift for 2-4 weeks is required. This is an on-site opportunity in a brand new facility equipped with AC/Heat and new machinery, focused on multi-family living, senior living, and the hospitality development sectors.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rogers, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
