Description We are looking for an experienced Shared Services Accounts Receivable Analyst II to join our team in Land O’ Lakes, Florida. In this role, you will manage accounts receivable processes related to secondary insurance balances across various payer types, including Commercial, Medicare Advantage, Workers Comp, and Auto. You will contribute to claim denial resolution while collaborating with internal systems such as Oracle and SharePoint. This is a Contract to permanent position offering an excellent opportunity for detail oriented growth within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage secondary insurance accounts receivable across multiple financial classes, including Commercial, Medicare Advantage, Blue Cross, and Workers Comp.

• Investigate and resolve claim denials using centralized processes and tools.

• Utilize Oracle, SharePoint, and other patient accounting systems to perform daily tasks efficiently.

• Assist in providing front desk coverage at the Business Services Office while adhering to established security protocols.

• Support the onboarding and training of new team members through shadowing and hands-on guidance.

• Participate in special projects related to accounts receivable and financial operations.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare billing standards and practices.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex billing issues. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts receivable management within the healthcare industry.

• Proficiency in accounting software and systems such as Oracle and SharePoint.

• Strong knowledge of secondary insurance billing processes for various payer types.

• Familiarity with medical billing, collections, and patient accounting procedures.

• Ability to handle claim denial resolution and analyze complex financial data.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for team collaboration.

• Willingness to adapt to new tools and technologies.
