Description

Our client in the biotech industry is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. This is a unique opportunity to partner with innovators working at the forefront of scientific advancement, ensuring executives can focus on high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage busy calendars, coordinate meetings, and facilitate conference logistics

+ Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders

+ Organize travel arrangements and process expense reports

+ Act as a liaison between executives, staff, board members, and external partners

+ Maintain confidential records, support project tracking, and ensure critical deadlines are met

+ Assist with event planning and high-level administrative projects as needed

Requirements

+ Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-suite or senior leadership, ideally in the biotech, life sciences, or related fields

+ Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration platforms; experience with biotech-specific terminology a plus

+ Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
