Description

Hannah Savage with Robert Half is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

+ Manage all phases of commercial construction projects

+ Develop and maintain job costing and budgeting plans

+ Coordinate and supervise contractors, vendors, and subcontractors

+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes

+ Monitor project timelines, quality, and financial performance

+ Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Commercial construction experience required (minimum 3–5 years preferred)

+ Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and job costing

+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

+ Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

+ Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
