    Responsibilities:

    + Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

    + Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

    + Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payments

    + Reconcile bank and credit card statements

    + Assist with payroll processing and related reporting

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate will have QuickBooks out of construction experience.
