Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team in Canoga Park, California. Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate appointments based on service requests received from the sales team and customer communications.

• Maintain and adjust dynamic schedules to accommodate evolving priorities and unforeseen changes.

• Communicate updates to clients regarding their appointments, ensuring they are informed of any adjustments.

• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.

• Collaborate with the Director of Technical Services to report on progress and receive assignments.

• Work closely with technical teams to align service appointments with operational capabilities.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of dispatch activities.

• Utilize computer-aided dispatch systems to streamline scheduling and communication processes.

• Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in dispatching or a related role.

• Strong customer service skills, particularly in a call center or client-facing environment.

• Proficiency with computer-aided dispatch systems and logistics coordination.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Effective communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

• Familiarity with scheduling and appointment coordination.
