SPRING INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

MUST BE A COLLEGE STUDENT PURSUING A BACHELORS DEGREE IN THE PROGRAMS LISTED BELOW.

The Internship Program will run from Feb 2nd to April 24th, 2026 (subject to change based on availability of student).

This Program is designed for undergraduate college students to observe the role and responsibilities of Blessing staff, as well as gain hands-on experience with work assignments that complement the student’s curriculum. Blessing will strive to provide a professional foundation for Interns to continue to build upon through their educational and professional journeys.

Each Intern will function under the direct supervision of his/her department mentor.

This Program is non-benefitted and unpaid. It will be used solely for college credit.

The Intern and participating departments will receive a mid-program and final evaluation.

*Student is not covered by Blessing insurance or Workers’ Compensation.

+ Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Health Services or any customer service or healthcare-related field

All candidates are required to provide the following to move to the next phase of the Internship Program selection process:

+ Educational rotation packet (provided after submission of the application)

+ Internship curriculum/outline

+ Unofficial Transcript

+ 2 Professional Letters of Recommendation

+ Resume

+ Cover letter (not mandatory)
