Description We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team in Glendale, Wisconsin. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with diverse hardware and software systems while mentoring less experienced team members.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for hardware and software systems to ensure optimal client performance.

• Collaborate with clients to assess their system requirements and deliver customized solutions.

• Manage and maintain Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, and Azure Active Directory environments.

• Implement and support Citrix technologies to enhance system functionality and user experience.

• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange environments to ensure seamless communication systems.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to less experienced technical staff to foster their growth.

• Document system configurations, issues, and resolutions to maintain accurate records.

• Develop and implement strategies for system optimization and efficiency.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

• Communicate effectively with clients to build strong, trust-based relationships. Requirements • Strong expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, and Azure Active Directory.

• Hands-on experience with Citrix technologies and Microsoft Exchange.

• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Commitment to delivering high-quality service and client satisfaction.
