    Description

    Our client, a dynamic property management company, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support their growing team. This position plays a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations and fostering a positive work environment for staff at all levels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

    + Advise managers and employees on HR compliance, company policies, and labor law updates specific to the property management industry.

    + Assist in benefits administration, payroll processing, and leave management.

    + Manage employee relations issues and coordinate conflict resolution and investigations as needed.

    + Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure all documentation complies with relevant legislation.

    + Support companywide initiatives, including employee engagement programs, training, and process improvements.

    Requirements

    + Proven experience as a Human Resources Generalist or in a similar HR role; prior exposure to property management, real estate, or related industries preferred.

    + Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and benefits administration.

    + Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS).

    + High level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information.
