About the Role

As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide frontline technical support, troubleshoot issues, assist with hardware/software maintenance, and ensure end users have the tools they need to succeed. You'll work closely with internal teams, respond to support tickets, and help maintain a reliable and secure IT environment.

This role is perfect for someone who is customer-focused, technically sharp, and eager to grow within an IT organization.

What You’ll Do

+ Provide Tier 1–2 support for end users across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals

+ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues

+ Install, configure, and maintain Windows and/or macOS operating systems

+ Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive

+ Create, update, and manage support tickets in the ITSM system

+ Assist with user account setup and access management in Active Directory

+ Deploy software patches, security updates, and system upgrades

+ Document solutions, processes, and common troubleshooting steps

+ Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions

+ Collaborate with IT teams on projects such as device refreshes, migrations, and system rollouts

Requirements

What You Bring

+ 1–3+ years of experience in IT support or a similar technical support role

+ Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks

+ Experience with Windows OS (macOS experience is a plus)

+ Familiarity with Active Directory, M365, and basic networking concepts

+ Excellent communication and customer service skills

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Nice-to-Haves

+ CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications

+ Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Jira, or Freshservice

+ Knowledge of Azure AD, Intune, or device management tools

+ Background supporting hybrid/remote environments
