Description

We are in the process of recruiting a Paralegal to join our well-regarded Personal Injury practice. The role involves handling cases from Pre-Litigation to settlement and is ideal for those with at least three years of experience in Personal Injury law. Candidates are required to work in our offices in Everett.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a Pre-Litigation caseload.

• Communicate effectively with insurance companies regarding case details.

• Manage treatment statuses and establish insurance coverage for clients.

• Review and analyze medical records meticulously in relation to cases.

• Handle final account balances and assist attorneys with the negotiation process.

• Write demand letters and handle Litigation work, as needed.

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• Collaborate with a team to ensure a smooth and efficient case management process.

3+ YOE in Personal Injury Law working for a Washington State law firm
