Development Lead

Overview:

We are seeking a **Development Lead** to guide our development team in modernizing legacy while building innovative applications. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality delivery of scalable applications and microservices. You will play a key role in shaping architecture, mentoring developers, and driving best practices across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

+ Oversee the design, development, and deployment of web applications and APIs.

+ Drive the transition of legacy systems to modern architectures, including microservices.

+ Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project timelines.

+ Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control, and deployment best practices.

+ Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

+ Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

Requirements:

+ Strong Full stack **Development** experience, leaning heavily on Back end services. (Node, Java)

+ Proficiency in **database technologies** (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).

+ Solid understanding of integration patterns and design principles.

+ Experience with **GIT** or other version-control systems.

Preferred Skills:

+ Experience with **Azure** cloud services.

+ Experience with Harness pipeline.

+ Familiarity with any assist tools.

+ Familiarity with **Kubernetes (k8s)** for container orchestration.

+ Knowledge of **deployment and caching strategies** .

+ Experience with **Marigold or other Loyalty** solutions.

Leadership Qualities:

+ Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage project delivery.

+ Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business requirements.

+ Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Pay Range:

$131,145.00-$191,205.00 Annual
