Position Responsibilities:

+ Supervise and coordinate activities of the Graphic Artist and Prepress Technicians teams, providing guidance and feedback for optimal performance

+ Review and critique design work to ensure compliance with quality standards and alignment with brand guidelines

+ Develop and implement engagement initiatives that enhance workplace culture and boost employee morale

+ Develop and manage production schedules and resource allocation to ensure timely project completion

+ Maintain accurate inventory records, process purchase orders and analyze trends for efficient decision-making

+ Monitor team performance through KPIs, prepare reports for management, and conduct performance appraisals of direct reports

+ Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Graphic Design/Illustration, or related field with 3 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 6 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including detailed skill with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access, and working knowledge of Project and Visio.

+ General knowledge of markup languages (HTML, XML, MathML) and the production dependencies of using these content description formats.

Preferred Education and Experience:

+ Master’s Degree

+ Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, focused knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
