    Emmy Squared Pizza-- Richmond, VA is looking for a experienced Restaurant General Manager who is a passionate and driven leader to lead our continued success in the Richmond market!

    Position Responsibilities:

    As our General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including:

    + Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and motivate your team to deliver top-notch service and uphold company standards.

    + Daily Operations: Supervise restaurant employees, manage shifts, and ensure compliance with all policies, processes, and health/safety standards.

    + Guest Experience: Create a welcoming environment, engage with guests, and address concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

    + Financial Management: Oversee labor scheduling, cash handling, and work to achieve sales and financial goals.

    + Strategic Execution: Lead marketing initiatives, coordinate catering contracts, and implement strategies to drive growth and enhance operations.

    Position Qualifications

    + Experience: At least 1 year of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant.

    + Leadership: Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.

    + Skills: Proficiency with computers, POS systems (Toast/Teamwork is a plus), and excellent communication skills.

    + Passion: A love for food, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.

    + Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

    + Serve Safe Certified Food Manager

    + Familiarity with labor management, menu planning, and health/safety regulations

    + Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs. and push/pull up to 75 lbs.

    + Standing/walking for extended periods, with frequent bending, squatting, and reaching overhead.
