As a Senior Repair and Overhaul Maintenance Manager at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will have accountability for the implementation of the maintenance work process including the use of global tools and the application of the most effective technology. The individual is accountable for achieving functional goals, establishing financial plans that are consistent with the business needs, and supplying best-in-class maintenance service through the execution of an effective maintenance excellence program. You will report to our Director ISC Site leader and work out of our Colonial Heights, VA location.

The **Sr R & O Maintenance Manager** will have accountability for the implementation of the maintenance work process including the use of global tools and the application of the most effective technology. The individual is accountable for achieving functional goals, establishing financial plans that are consistent with the business needs, and supplying best-in-class maintenance service through the execution of an effective maintenance excellence program.
You will report directly to our **Director ISC Site Leader,** and you’ll work out of our **Colonial Heights, VA** location.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide visionary leadership in overseeing and guiding the entire spectrum of repair and overhaul maintenance operations for the organization
+ Develop and execute forwardthinking repair and overhaul strategies, policies, and procedures that align with overarching organizational goals
+ Ensure meticulous compliance with the latest repair and overhaul standards, regulations, and industry best practices
+ Take charge of the repair and overhaul budget and resources, implementing sophisticated financial strategies that optimize costs while aligning with strategic objectives
+ Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to drive transformative operational efficiency and innovation
+ Lead the development and implementation of cuttingedge training programs to elevate the technical skills and knowledge base of the maintenance team
+ Initiate and lead highimpact continuous improvement initiatives, conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions
+ Assume a leadership and mentorship role for a team of repair and overhaul maintenance professionals, cultivating a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous professional growth
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
+ 5 plus years of leadership experience in chemical manufacturing
+ B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field
+ Proven successful track record of driving maintenance programs and/or processes
+ Budget management experience (plan, forecast, variance reporting, etc.)
WE VALUE
+ Advanced degree in engineering or business
+ Advanced manufacturing knowledge with keen focus on Maintenance and Operational Excellence
+ Reliability Engineering experience
+ Familiarity with predictive maintenance techniques
+ Familiarity with mechanical integrity program management

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position is $150k - $203k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice Advanced Materials considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities or the position, the candidate's work experience education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
