• Digital Analyst - Marketing Analytics (Hybrid)

    Data Development & Dashboarding: Produce analytics dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI, and ad hoc reporting for websites, paid media campaigns, social media, and other online activities.

     

    Advanced Analysis: Manage large data sets, integrate data from multiple/disparate sources, query databases, and conduct sophisticated quantitative analyses.

     

    Actionable Insights: Translate modeling and analytics output into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that enable revenue growth, channel adoption, and customer acquisition/retention.

     

    Strategy & Alignment: Support data strategy, analytics support, behavior analysis, cross-channel measurement, and strategic alignment with all digital marketing stakeholders.

     

    Analytical Solutions: Assist in developing and implementing complex analytical solutions, including data preprocessing, anomaly detection, multivariate testing, audience segmentation, and customer journey analytics.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent work experience.

     

    3-5 years of experience in digital data ingestion and working within data lakes.

     

    3-5 years of experience building dashboards within Tableau and PowerBI.

     

    Strong written, verbal, and virtual communication skills, including navigating across different global regions and cultures.

     

    Commitment to being hands-on and balancing strategic thinking with methodical execution.
