    Die Cut Operator

    Summary:

    The Bobst Die Cut Operator is responsible for the overall production of the machine and the quality of the work produced.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the Following:

    * Set up and operate the die cut machine.

    * Responsible for prepping machine for the next production run, sheets, dies, etc.

    * Evaluate production quality; bring concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

    * Assist in training other die cut personnel.

    * Troubleshoot production issues that may arise.

    * Adhere to routine maintenance spelled out in the Preventive Maintenance procedures.

    * Responsible for the overall safety and cleanliness of equipment and area.

    * Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.

    * Overtime is required.

    * Perform other duties as assigned.

    This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

    Qualifications:

    * High School Diploma/GED Minimum

    * Ability to read and interpret documentation such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

    * Ability to add, subtract, Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

    * To perform this job successfully, an individual should have proficient Microsoft Office computer skills to include Outlook, Word and Excel.

    * Must have prior die cut experience
